iiit the riiich version 0.2.0

iiit the riiich version 0.2.0 is here, the first post-gamejam release. It is a rewrite of the architecture which brings the game up to date with the other prototypes. Top features are the new audio system, web demo, a persistent hiscore, better control and a ton of smaller improvements. 

I recently played Vampire Survivors with the keyboard, and I liked the experience, so I added keyboard support. And after 7 attempts I finally got the experimental Web demo for 0.2.0 with keyboard support running.  Gamepads, however, currently only work on my development machine (Mac) and are broken on Windows and Web. This needs to be fixed in the underlying library and will probably take some time. 

For iiit the riiich, the next iteration is already planned in some detail. It will focus on experiments with the game area, improving effects and visuals and testing a few ideas for gameplay. So far I am using actual emoji characters as game elements, which means the game looks different on each platform. This will change at some time in the  future.  On the far horizon is a (local) multiplayer, possibly split-screen option.
